Summary
MediVisuals has an immediate position open for an experienced full-time Medical Illustrator to join our production team!
For over 36 years, MediVisuals, Inc. has been the nation’s largest medical demonstrative evidence provider. Because of increased demand for illustrations and animations, we are seeking an experienced and motivated medical illustrator to create professional and effective exhibits. The exhibits are primarily used to demonstrate issues and events involved in litigation (predominantly medical related). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a team to create high-quality products in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Work with a team of talented professionals in the Richmond, VA office
Produce accurate and effective Illustrations in a variety of subject matters (primarily medical) and styles (from realistic to diagrammatic)
Work with individuals, both inside and outside of MediVisuals, to obtain input and references in a timely manner to develop and deliver projects.
Simultaneously manage and contribute to multiple projects
Manage time in a way that allows development of projects within tight deadlines. Some projects may require weekend/longer hours.
Ability to follow direction, and accept critique
Stay current with new Illustration techniques
